Ten Happy Weeks and onto Eleven!

Oh happy brown day! Mommy and Graham looked so cute in their brown outfits that Daddy decided to wear brown later too! We were screaming "We are ready for Olan Mills to take our picture!"

"Family Time" on a relaxing Saturday afternoon (and Adam having fun using the tripod for the camera). =)

"I love my Daddy so much! He's so funny!!!"- Graham

Diaper changing time is one of the happiest times of the day! Who doesn't love a fresh booty?

Graham and I headed outside to watch Adam play a tennis match. By the time we watched for 20 minutes, he was all tuckered out in his warm Colts suit.

Thank you Aunt Becky for my cute onsie! I really am the little man of the house- but not for too long! I'm growing like a weed! Only 11 weeks old and already wearing some 3-6 months clothes.

This is my "I'm paying attention and getting smarter" look. I'm watching my first Baby Einstein video and I love it!

The weeks are flying by and I am still amazed that I am a Mom and Adam is a Dad and WE are his PARENTS!!! I love that he is ours and I don't ever have to give him away. Well, I guess his wife will want him to move out someday but he's mine until then! =)

So, can you guess who EVERYONE says he looks like???

PS...

PS... "I love my Aunt Silly and she loves me!" -Graham

We love living near Anna and Andy and getting to spend time with them each week. We had fun playing a game Adam got for Christmas called Settlers of Katan. It's not the shortest of games but we enjoy hanging out with the Lockharts! So far we have been blessed to live near Laura and Luke in Indy, Anna and Andy in NC, and soon we will be back in IN near David. Now all we have to do is live near Becky sometime! =)

Graham is official!

Well, Graham is official according to the government now. He has his very own social security number. Here's a picture of the tired guy with his first piece of important mail.

Valentine's Day was a fun, relaxed day at home. Adam banished Graham and I to the back room for an hour or two while he prepared dinner for us! Spinach Chicken Manicotti, Asparagus, Salad, and HOMEMADE chocolate lava mini cakes! SO yummy. =) He did a great job and I love that he wanted to do something romantic, granted we had a sweet baby with us, but that made it better!

Graham also had some Valentine gas- the funny thing about these photos is that he was not crying- just squeezing out his business!

And the funniest picture...it looks like he's screaming but no sound came out!

Camera Found...who weighs 14 pounds???

HOORAY for Adam! I sent him on a mission to Graham's room last night to tear it apart and find THE CAMERA. I knew he could do it. =) He found it hiding under the only piece of furniture I failed to look under- the diaper changing table. He became my hero and saved us a lot of money as I was ready to go out and purchase a new camera ASAP. I was missing pictures of my BABY! So, sadly we missed out on pictures of Graham at Mountain Air with his Gigi and Grandpa but they have pictures so maybe they will send those to me! We also missed out on pics of Graham at his Uncle Andy's 30th birthday lunch. :(

So first of all, here are pictures of Graham at 8 weeks old! He was wearing a new outfit and I couldn't get enough pictures of his sweet face. He was playing in his crib and watching his farm animal mobile go round and round.

Yesterday Graham turned 9 weeks old and went to visit his pediatrician. We found out that our healthy boy weighs 14.1 pounds, is 23 1/4 in long, and is doing very well! He's in the 90-95th percentile for weight, 75th for height, and 50th for head circumference. The pediatrician said he's such a strong boy with great head control. He did have to get 3 shots and one oral medication yesterday. He received the oral medicine first and this was his very first taste other than breast milk. He was not a fan! I wish I could have taken a picture of that face. He stuck his tongue out to get the yucky medicine out and was doing little fake coughs to let us know he didn't want to swallow that. Very cute.

THEN came the big bad nurse with the 3 needles! She did them super quick in his little thigh and she said Graham may not even register that they hurt until the 2nd shot, but we got a scream out of him instantaneously! Bless his little heart, he cried so hard and it was a "pain cry" that I had not heard before! It took 5 minutes to get him calmed down to the point where he could nurse. It's great being a Mommy and being able to make the bad things go away! I cherished our day together yesterday because he was fussy and more tired than usual. He wanted his Mommy to just hold him and snuggle. I held him while he slept on me for like 2 hours. It's amazing the awkward positions you will stay in as your arms and neck cramp, but it's worth it for the sweet baby. Here are a few pictures of our 9 week old baby!!!

AND...one more cute picture from this morning in his "Mountain Shirt". Adam makes fun of me for calling it that, but it has pine trees and weird little reindeer creatures on it...therefore, mountain shirt. =)

OK...the camera is MISSING!!! The last pictures I took were of Graham when he turned 8 weeks on Tuesday and now the camera is gone! Adam and I have looked everywhere but I'm determined to find it today. We know it's in this apt somewhere so it's my mission. I wanted to post his newest pictures and I'm dying to take more pictures because he's growing and I'm missing photo opportunities!!! I'm known for losing things so this isn't a shock to most people, but I usually find everything!!! Wish me luck...

Monkey Business!

There's a monkey playing in that jungle!

Now there's a happy monkey!

Kittygirl jumped up to say hello to Graham...

...and then became quite concerned when Graham started to cry! Picture time is over Mom!!!
