My baby is 1/2 year old!

Where has the time gone? Time does fly when you are having fun. I think back on the past 6 months and smile with happiness because of the joy Graham has brought to my life. He has become my daily buddy and what an amazing job it is to be able to stay home and raise him. He is SUCH A GOOD BABY!!! I thank God for his sweet temperament and I look forward to watching him blossom and grow!

Graham always wakes up each morning with the best smile- it makes waking up early a delight! So here are some cute morning, jammy pictures. =) The jammies are a little girly but they were $1 at Target! Can't pass that deal up!

Typical day with Graham at 6 months:
7:00 Wake up & eat and play: time to practice rolling and sitting up!

5:30 Quick cat nap to help make the evening time a little happier.
6:00 Eat (1 fruit jar and cereal)

9 days and counting!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while! We have been busy little bees around here. Last week, Adam took off his leftover vacation days and so we had a 4 day weekend. Off we headed again to Mt. Air for a small vacation before leaving NC. It was a relaxing time except for the fact that Graham decided that he was going to start rolling over in his crib! On Wednesday night he started rolling over and getting stuck, not yet knowing how to roll back over. So on Thursday we practiced and Graham got pretty good at rolling both ways. Thursday and Friday nights were not much better- Graham was just fussy (and if anyone knows Graham, they know that fussy is not usually a word I use for this child!) and took short naps. Saturday night wasn't too bad and Sunday he seemed back to normal. So, I was tired most of the vacation but we had a good time anyway. Our favorite part of the trip was visiting Grandfather Mountain. We walked over a suspension bridge and fed bears who had been hurt in the wild and now lived on this privately owned mountain. It was fun. We also ate lots of yummy food which sure is fun to Adam and I!

"I heard I look cool when I sit like this."

"I LOVE it when my Mommy or Daddy carry me in my snuggly pack!"

"I wasn't too sure what to make of the big, black Kittygirl thing, but I wanted to look like him."

"My Mom and Dad like taking pictures of me on top of the Mountain. I have a feeling there will be more of these pics in years to come..."

"Riding around in golf carts is very fun, but they make me VERY S..L..E..E..P..Y."

So here we are back in Durham now and I'm surrounded by empty boxes that need to be filled and I'm using a card table for a desk! We are selling a lot of things on Craigs List and we won't have any couches after this weekend. That should be interesting. =) Things are wrapping up here in NC and we are ready to begin our IN chapter. It's strange to think that Evansville is most likely where we will be for good!!! I think back to when Adam and I got married 5 years ago and he began dental school and I was teaching kindergarten. Life was simple and so good to us in Indy and now here in NC. I could go on and on about the blessings that God has given us in our married life. I have full confidence that God has big plans for us in Evansville and we are excited to discover our path there. 9 more days until our new house. 9 days until BIG projects. 9 more days until I have to say goodbye to dear friends and family here. 9 more days until I fly alone on a plane with Graham! 9 more days until we have babysitters at our fingertips. 9 more days until I have a garage. 9 more days until life changes big time!!!
